If you receive your order and is not happy for any reason just pack it up and return it to our receiving dept at the address above, we will issue a full refund to your account.

All returns must be made within 15 days of FEDDERHEAD'S original invoice date. All materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept them for return. If you use an item and it stopped working within 60 days of you receiving it we will exchange it for another one.
If you are returning an item always be sure to package it to avoid damage during shipping.
